Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy describes what you may not do with Sawt, including our website, research preview, voices and API. It is part of our Terms and Conditions. Its goal is simple: Moroccan voices, used with respect.

2. Impersonation and consent

• Do not clone or imitate the voice of a real person without their explicit, documented consent.
• Do not impersonate public figures, officials, family members or organisations.
• Do not present generated speech as a genuine recording of a real person.

3. Fraud and deception

• No scams, phishing or "vishing" (voice phishing) calls.
• No fake emergency, bank, government or customer-service calls.
• No content meant to manipulate elections or civic processes, including fake statements by candidates or officials.

4. Harmful content

• No harassment, threats, bullying or targeted abuse.
• No hate speech or content that attacks people for their origin, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or other protected traits.
• No sexual content involving minors, and no non-consensual sexual content of any kind.
• No content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm.

5. Illegal activity

Do not use Sawt to break the law in your country, in Morocco, or in the European Union, or to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights.

6. Protecting the platform

• Do not probe, scan or attack our systems, or bypass rate limits, access controls or safety features.
• Do not scrape Sawt or use its outputs to build a competing speech model.
• Do not share, sell or publish your access or API keys.

7. Disclose AI-generated speech

When you publish or broadcast audio made with Sawt, make it clear to listeners that the voice is AI-generated, unless that is already obvious from the context.

8. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close access, without notice where needed. We may also report illegal activity to the authorities.

9. Reporting misuse

If you see Sawt being misused, or hear your own voice used without consent, tell us through our contact page and choose "Other". We take these reports seriously.
